Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are not guaranteed.

 

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, which may include a re-clean at our discretion.

 

No refunds are issued for completed services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
